Premium Ingredients = Recipes that WOW
We know that when you are feeding the people you love, you want to give them the best. That’s why using the best ingredients in our recipes is so important to us. The things to focus on when making a frozen yogurt bark recipe with pretzels and chocolate are:
The yogurt. Choose a high quality yogurt. For it to freeze with a creamy texture, use one with at least 2% fat. In order to ensure this frozen yogurt bark recipe has some protein in it, we use Greek yogurt; this also gives a tartness to counterbalance the sweetness from the chocolate and fruit.
The chocolate. Again, think about quality. A few chocolate chips that have a rich flavor go a long way and are better for you than lower quality chocolate that is filled with excess sugar and other ingredients. If you prefer, you can cut chunks off of a block of chocolate for this frozen yogurt bark recipe.
The pretzels. Adding pretzels to a frozen yogurt bark recipe gives it crunch. Using OMG! Pretzels also adds flavor. We used Sweet & Salty for this recipe, but you can use any of our sweet varieties or use two, like Sweet & Spicy and Sweet Chili, for a fun (and spicy) combination.
