Premium Ingredients = Recipes that WOW
We know that when you are feeding the people you love, you want to give them the best. That’s why using the best ingredients in our recipes is so important to us. The things to focus on when making a pimento cheese dip recipe are:Â
The cheese. As always, we recommend using full fat dairy for this pimento cheese dip recipe. Get blocks of high quality cheese and shred it yourself. Pre-shredded cheese often has additives that prevent clumping and extend shelf life. These can impact flavor and texture. We used sharp cheddar and Monterey jack cheese, but you could use white cheddar, pepper jack or Colby.
The pimentos. Choose a brand of jarred pimentos that you trust and that has as few ingredients as possible. This way you can control the flavor of your pimento cheese dip.
The seasoned sourdough pretzel nugget dippers. You want the perfect crunch for pairing with creamy pimento cheese dip. OMG! Pretzels have a crave-worthy crunch and boost the flavor of your appetizer with bold seasoning blends.
