Garlic Pretzel-Crusted Potatoes
Potatoes are the perfect food to use when celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. They are quintessentially Irish, they are comforting, and they can help soak up the green beer you consume. This recipe doubles down on delicious with a Garlic Pretzel crust to add crunch and flavor.
Equipment
- pastry brush, sheet pan, parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 potato large baking potato, sliced ¼ to ½ inch thick
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ bag Garlic OMG! Pretzels crushed
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare the sheet pan (cookie sheet) with a layer of parchment paper.
- Slice potatoes to desired thickness.
- Brush both sides of each potato slice with olive oil.
- Mix crushed pretzels and parmesan cheese in a bowl until combined.
- Dip both sides of the potato slices in the crushed pretzel and cheese mixture.
- Place potato slices on the prepared sheet pan.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the potato slices and bake them for 45 minutes or until browned and tender.
- Place on a platter and serve.
