FREE Shipping to Continental U.S.

At OMG! Pretzels, customer service is our top priority. Our goal is to have complete transparency when it comes to your shipping experience. OMG! Pretzels offers FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $50.00 in the continental United States.
Shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe.
OMG! Pretzels uses UPS Ground service on all shipments within the continental United States unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1-2 business days (3-5 business days during the holiday season) for processing and 5-10 business days for shipping.

FREE Shipping Exclusions

Free shipping is excluded for Hawaii, Alaska or US territories including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
International Shipping is excluded.

Order Cutoff

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may require an additional business day for processing. All shipping estimates are based on business days, excluding weekends. All “delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

U.S. Shipping Holidays

All shipments are processed the first business day after the shipping holiday.

Thanksgiving Day - November 25, 2021 (Orders must be placed by November 15th to be received in time for Thanksgiving)
Christmas Day - December 25, 2021 (Orders must be placed by December 15th to be received in time for Christmas)
