BLT Dip with Garlic OMG! Pretzel Dippers
This pretzel dip is great for summer cookouts or tailgating in the fall. It’s simple to put together, but the presentation is elegant entertaining through and through. The savory pretzel dip is creamy and cold and complements the herbaceous notes in our flagship pretzel nuggets. You could also pair this dip with Buffalo OMG! Pretzels if you’re looking for a bit of spice or Lemon Pepper OMG! Pretzels for a bit of tang.

- 1 Sheet pan
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
- 2 tbs fresh chives
- 2-3 leaves iceberg lettuce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 bag of Garlic OMG! Pretzels
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and lay bacon (about 5 slices) on a sheet pan in a single layer to bake for 12-15 minutes or until crispy.
- If using jarred sun-dried tomatoes, remove from oil and let drain before chopping. If using dehydrated tomatoes, steep in warm water for about 5 minutes and drain before chopping.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, bacon crumbles, sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped chives in a bowl.
- Pull off the outer few leaves of the iceberg lettuce. Be sure to rinse and dry well, as it is acting as the bowl.
- Fill the lettuce with the dip mixture and top with some bacon crumbles.
- Serve with Garlic OMG! Pretzels on the side.
