2 ¼ cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temperature ½ cup granulated sugar 1 cup light brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 10 oz chocolate chips 1 cup of OMG! Pretzels, lightly crushed
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Prep your cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
In a small bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, cream together the butter, sugars and vanilla until the mixture is pale yellow.
Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients in two batches until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and pretzel pieces with a spoon.
Using an ice cream scoop, drop the chocolate chip pretzel cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown around the edges and the middles are just cooked through.
Cool completely on wire racks before storing.
