For the ice cream sandwich cookies: 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temperature ½ cup granulated sugar 1 cup light brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 10 oz chocolate chips 1 cup of OMG!
