Refund policy

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We take a lot of care into the packaging of each order to ensure that you receive a quality item, free of any defects. In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and a photo of the damage immediately to info@omgpretzels.com. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on food items.

We accept returns for non-food items up to 5 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return.
