Brie Pretzel Stack with Lemon Pepper OMG! Pretzels
This beautiful cheese and pretzel appetizer can be served alone or as part of a charcuterie board with pretzels display. The crunch from the seasoned sourdough pretzel nuggets gives great texture against the creamy brie cheese. The zing of the Lemon Pepper blend highlights the richness of the cheese. The honey adds a sweet, mellow note to balance everything out. Bon appetit!
- 2 wheels of brie, cut in half horizontally
- 4 tbsp of honey
- ½ cup Lemon Pepper OMG! Pretzels, crushed
Cut each wheel of brie in half horizontally so that you have 4 pieces that resemble layers of a cake.
Place a piece of brie on a serving plate and drizzle with 1 tbsp of honey. You can also use jam or lemon curd if you prefer or want to add more flavor between the layers.
Sprinkle with pieces of the Lemon Pepper pretzel nuggets.
Place another piece of brie on top and repeat the drizzle of honey and crushed pretzels until you’ve used all the cheese.
Serve whole and cut into wedges (like a cake) when ready to eat.
